Oh God - that's such a hard question... I tend to order different pizzas all the time and don't stick to one "supplier" either - I don't like those really quickly made pizzas in most pizza delivery services though (the ones that are made in those "roll-through" ovens). From time to time I simply enter some restaurant completely at random and try out their pizza, then make a note of the place if it was any good. That's how I discovered some very tasty pizza in places I wouldn't ever visit otherwise. However, two places with awesome pizza spring to my mind - one restaurant in Funny money land (Czech Republic) where they served pizza baked in a wood-fired oven and another very small establishment in... the Polish mountains run by an Italian immigrant (made with traditional Italian ingredients and also baked in a wood-fired oven). Generally the only thing I don't like on my pizza is seafood (excluding tuna and anchovies). |

I think ... "No". ![]() ![]() Pizza is Pizza, there can be no favourite. ![]() |

I'm not a huge fan of pizza in general, although chicken, bacon and mushroom from just about anywhere goes down a treat with me. apart from pizza hut, were the pizza's are, oddly enough, invariably disgusting. |

I make my own pizza dough, sometimes I put chilli flakes in there too, then I make the ragu and use a mild cheddar grated on top, then some delicious pepperoni (either italian or german) and sprinkle a load of fresh chillies on (birds eye preferably). When it is almost cooked I then slice some buffalo mozzarella and lay it on top to finish off in the oven until it is slightly melted..... then I smother it with more chilli flakes and chilli oil, delicious. |
