i was offline about 1 week from few reasons
like school
i had to pass my session from electronics
only 11 people passed (was 36)
but u know that im pro :D
second problem were private pcs controls
so i had to buy original windows, delete all pirates like games films mp3 etc
ofc i could not delete that but 1 film cost 5zl ,mp 3zl games 150% of their price,windows about 500zl and lovly office more than 2000zl so:
300x5+4000x3+1000+500+2000=17000zl (about 4250 euro)
i want pay 17000 but recently i havent had cash on my wallet :D
that was negative things
positive...
its warm
i checked my latency-about 40
finally my brother went to army (freedom :D)
uh and Poland raped Belgium :D (1:0)

I think that its not as "random" as you think. Police can ask isps about datatranfer amounts, and then they'll check those that exceed some agreed limit.

ill start from begin:
Polish people are poor
we are earning about 5 times less than germans frenchs but prices for food, cars, petrol, games etc are these same like in other EU countries
so we must decide
food or windows
answer is sipmly- bitch :D
before they started "visit" our home i didnt know any guy who has legal windows, games, office, etc
thats why they can go to each home and they can find something
ofc they can go to ZETO (my provider, LAN) and check who is downloading from dc or bear or another program but its taking to much time
u dont know day and hour.
