We've found some very old footage of my girlfriends 1st birthday. The footage has been shot using an old 9mm camera in communistic Czech. The footage in some of the movies is of very bad/dark quality due to the very old tapes.

I wonder if we have any video editors who might be able to brush up those video's and see if it can become a bit better quality.

I'm willing to pay for result.

Cheers,

Is it still on a 9mm tape or have you captured it to a digital format already?

It's been captured by a specialist company and put on a DVD.

I think the master tapes were causing the crappyness. It's still a xmas present, i'll rip 1 movie after tomorrow and send it to you so you can have an impression on what i mean.

Did it at the Hema, and yes, its very expensive. We've submitted 7 tapes which had a total of 14 short 2-3 minute movies on them. The end cost was around 80,- euro's.
