We had it on for a long time, now we had it off for 3 weeks.

What do you think, keep it off or turn it on again?

Off, because when the flag is capped the capping team can easily cap again if they are coordinated and rape the defending team. Over and over and over again :)

Off. There's not point for a team that is already losing to be steamrolled.

I'm all for on, it makes it more challenging imo...
..but what if we swopped it and gave crits to the losing team?

I dont really mind if its on or off, but if it is on can we swap it so the team that just had their flag capped gets the crits instead. I really think it shoulda been done this way around in the first place.

On. I like to think that when I capture the flag I get a little something extra for the effort.

Is the plugin scalable - like so only a random selection of people get it? That would be a good compromise.

Off because otherwise you get steamrolls, although if it were possible to implement gibboss's idea on would be nice.

I've updated the poll.


I don't know yet if it is possible to swap the boos to the other team, but I can look into it.

Crits for the other team sounds like a good idea to prevent even more steamrolling.
If it can't be done then I'd say off with the crits.

Doubt this will fix the problem of the crits, since the critimbalance for a whole team remains, but instead of being granted the crits for a success the team who capped gets punsihed somehow.
Imo crits off, and everything will be prepatched fine.

Keep it off. Rewarding the already winning team with instagib shots is stupid, and rewarding a team for sucking is even more.

Sonny , its not called a punishment

Its called A , ok that was easy for you guys , now try and do it again with this new hard challenge.

I think a crit for the losing team is a good idea to get make the losing team a little happier , give a quick solution to an unbalance and well..

If i was to lose to another team which was hugely unbalanced , getting a crit on about 4 of them would definately make me happy again

Off.

Giving it to the capping team is not ideal, since most of the players have done nothing to cap.

Giving it to the other team is, even it was possible, stupid, since it rewards bad behaviour.
