"He" is a she, and she rants about the people that cheated to push up the kill count for their class during the solly vs demo war. Like the Solly that had 238926 kills on Demos, which would require him to kill 1 demo per 2,5 sec for 1 week straight, without sleeping, eating etc inbetween. |

I guess it was one of the maps where he was getting constant resupply, other team was a lot of demos with 1HP and he just typed +attack.BTW, this might be screen from him:
