Oh lawd. This was more like a test than an actual frag video; I spectated and recorded a game, took the best clips I could find then recorded it with Fraps (@30FPS). Finally, I put it together with Sony Vegas which took a few hours and later uploaded it to YouTube.
ty loke for the video, although i suck big time in it, mabye you can teach me how to do it, so that i can make one of our matches somethimes
PLDX has some great tutorials on how to record clips and putting them together into a video. I made another more serious attempt at a frag video a while ago following their guides and it turned out fairly decent.

Of course you can also use a video capture utility like Fraps, however the end results is less satisfying compared to the aforementioned.
