Hehe, it's Saint Davids day today. He is the patron Saint of Wales  In other words it's festival time in Wales

Ha ha, I've already posted that one on the funny video thread... but thanks for reminding me of it  They usually have festivals in Cardiff but in my little village everyone goes down the pub and gets drunk... nothing new there then

We have a massive parade in Cardiff and there are lots of little eisteddfodau (festivals) all over Wales. Everyone dresses up in Welsh costumes for the eisteddfodau and there are always lots of Welsh hyms and anthems being sang. Otherwise in the pub getting very drunk

Yes Revenge, the boys wear leeks (the welsh onion) and the girls wear Daffodils; I am wearing mine right now It's ok though because you can wear fake leeks, so you can leave the real leeks for your fine cooking [SpA]ProtectMyBalls wrote: Yey!!

Used to have a house in Wales, in Tresaith, Cardigan. Too rainy  Hope you had fun!
