Got this linked from Kizron. Its a 3 episode serie on the South African Special Task Force. An elite police unit of 91 men which are specialised in dealing with hostage situations (in past 20 years they haven't lost a single hostage at their actions), countering armed robbery, VIP protection etc. It's the only policeforce in the world were the police gets trained in free dive parachute diving for quick injection etc.

Click on the movie for HD (480p) and at the end of each clip you'll get the link to the next clip automaticly.

Enjoy

I suspect most parachute jumps include a bit of free falling, eh.

Unless this involves something else?

Depends on how you exit the airplane. Mostly in the military etc you are strapped to a rope and when you exit it directly opens up your parachute.

I didn't think they employed that method anymore.

Saying that, I imagine military drops would have to occur at much lower altitudes.
