I have a friend that wants to play TF2 but his computer is oh so crap. What's the lowest detail config around? Yes, I mean you Relentless! :mrgreen:

Maxframes is pretty good, I use highframes though. (Although I can play TF2 on ultra high graphics :lol:)

I run everything to the max these days with my new PC and in TF2 it never drops below 100 fps :D

But the config really helped on my old PC that would usually run between 20-50 fps on the lowest settings. With the config it was stable around 60.

morehighfps gets you more performance than morefps.

Doesn't get uglier than this.

Well, yes it does, but it either requires you to use a 3rd party program (eg RivaTuner to make textures look like quake) or you add a few other cvars, but even for gameplay-before-graphics junkies like me there's a line I don't cross ;)
