I think its high time to start a topic about new MoH - multiplayer beta starts on june 21st ( june 17th for pre-orders ), the first multiplayer footage from e3 looks very promising - it looks like Medal of Battlefield Modern Company, cant wait for the beta. Heres almost 10 mins of gameplay

Crysis 2 looked boring, like the last one.

Bulletstorm looked shit, but then hilarious in how it's trying so hard, so that might be one to try out.

This so looks like Battlefield Bad Company 2 and Call of Duty Modern Warfare had a child.

And I can't say I get excited by this game. Rather have a Battlefield 3 than this shit.

After what DICE did to Bad Company 2 my believe in bf3 is rather weak :( Cause it looks like they will just take everything from bf2 ( 64 players, planes, big armor focused maps ) and make BF2 HD. I know its gonna be awesome, but they will admit bad company on pc was just a mistake. Anyway got my key, will try MoH tomorrow, beware for some first info.

Vietnam was a shit war anyway.

I love the crysis series, not just for the ground breaking tech and art thou :) The second one has some sick animation work done on it (i know one of the guys :D) shud probably make it its own thread but it would just be filled with hate and non-constructive things.

Id probably be more inclined to try Medal of honour as its been a long time since i have played the series, bf2 is really boring now, and mw2 im too good at ^^.

Well that's kind of my point, it has amazing tech and art, but the actual storyline was bland. Normally I don't care about storyline, but I just found the game pretty boring and pointless, even when admiring the scenery :p

Each to his own though 8)

yeah of course, the story line didnt grip me at all, nothing like the mw story or half life etc, but with a open sandbox game, i really enjoy being creative and making my own sort of.

It seems to have a Serious Sam and Duke Nukem vibe going for it, which to me = instant purchase.

Though I have to say it didn't really look like it was taking itself that seriously. Anyone wanting to be taken seriously would not include dialogue such as "I don't speak train" Though on the other hand Epic are involved...

Beta start is obviously UBER fail by Dice/EA - 20 hours after the launch key redemption site ( red cock redemption ? ) still doesnt work giving most people "key already in use" error :ugly: And from what I've read beta is the most stable piece of work ever - you cant change most controls, cause it crashes in the menu

The best bit of entertainment yesterday was post on EA's twitter -
Quote:
#moh site is running again - feel free to post on our forums: - & we'll be back in the morning :)
While the site was down, no one could use their key, and there were like 200 players online and about 2.000.000 waiting
HAHAHA the only solution they found is ea support chat, where someone will exchange your invalid code for valid, currently im 532nd in line waiting for "available agent"
