Started off with the way out west photo, didn't like that much. Considering it was shot in the 40s, it's pretty amazing

If you think that photos we take today are mind blowing and sometimes so breathtaking you're unsure how the photographer was able to catch something so amazing, you should take a look at this website . . . http://www.shorpy.com/4x5-large-format-kodachromes Now, before you click it, you may be interested to know that those photos were taking in the 1940s and were shot on a 4x5 Large Format camera, which can reach the equivalent to 100 to even 1,000 megapixels. Now that's mind blowing! Just look at the sharpness and clarity of each photo. We often see stuff on TV; black and white movies and photos from this time period, but they never seem to do that much, not for me anyway. These, however, they really make me feel like I'm there. It's hard to believe that those photos aren't models posed at a shoot yesterday, but in fact working people there and then. It's amazing! I'm sure anyone into photography will enjoy this. So please, take a look. |

yeah, me neither. Like HD movies for instance, is something that already exists for ages, but only shortly has found a way to reach us in easy ways. |

Wow that photography is amazing. If you mentioned the word digital back then they would have thought you were crazy! Funny really, with the photography these days we try to make it look like yesterday and yet you have these amazing shots that look like today
