SpecialAttack.net :: VALVe announces advertisements comming to your CS 1.6 game

The REAL problem with this is Valve doesn't run any CS servers. Without servers Valve has no one to advertise to. Servers cost money to buy and run. Do the admin's get a cut of the advert money that Valve is making off them???

Its like running a TV channel but all the advert revenue goes to the bloke who reads the news!?

You know that it takes about 2h after that thingy goes live for some one to invent a way to fuck those ads. I could send Valve a mail on behalf of SpA Community asking our share of the ads placed on out servers. Lets see if that would be more successful than my letter to EA GAMES.

the adverts that are being incorporated into bf2142 don't look to be too bad! but then again these are less blatantly self promoting ones
