I believe they do cook the steak braiiiins (though not well done as it would take ages and your draw would probably drop off from all the chewing lol). Uncooked meat has more liquid in it than when it is cooked and the more the meat is cooked, the less liquid it contains - this is why ordering 'well done' is insanity imo lol. The uncooked weight value is what they have to display though, as meat produce is sold at its raw value.  and im pretty sure if you ate that much uncooked beef you would shit out your pelvis bone ^^ dont fill up on bread jedi
