If any of you remember the thread, then read this......
Quote:
On the 6th of June last year I made a bet with my good friend, Jørgen. He didn't believe it was possible for me to collect one million giraffes. 440 days later I proved him wrong with help of people from all around the world. 102 countries helped out showing Jørgen how amazing the internet is.

You can find all of the one million giraffes on this site, in fact there are
1 005 118 giraffes here now! The project is over, but the website lives on! There's even a book now! You can still upload a giraffe by clicking here.

I want to thank everyone who sent in a giraffe or two. You made this happen. Not me. I am forever grateful for making this an adventure I will tell my grandchildren about untill they hate hearing about it. Thank you.
If you submitted your giraffe as I did then you can buy the book
http://www.onemilliongiraffes.com/book?m=1
or check out the site

I remember this:

My friend, Jørgen, doesn't believe I can collect one million hand drawn giraffes by 2011. I'm gonna prove him wrong. So far I've got 3088 giraffes, so I need 996 912 more! And I have 559 days left to get them.
Let's show Jørgen how amazing the internet is.

Jees, I'd forgotten all about this. I went there looking for the giraffe I drew, and the search function was pretty useless. Plus, I dunno if he'd use it anyway since the giraffe is clearly smoking a big spliff...

I found it on my first try. It's like with Google - depends on how you search ;)
