For that i recommend Nettle Tea, yes it sounds disgusting, and it smells pretty odd, but it tastes fine and one day i had a terrible stomach ache, one cup of that, 5mins later i was feeling awesome again. Warm water is always good for a upset tummy, but the nettles really help too.
