Ok, so this has had me stumped for a few days now, and virgin tech support is as useless as ever, since about thursday or Friday i've had about a 90% packetloss rate, making tf2 and just about every other online game unplayable. from WinMTR it shows that my problems seem to start at the IP address 10.3.34.1, its not my router or my modem, and i can't ping or use NSlookup on the fucker so i've got no idea what the hell it is, anyone with more experience with this kinda of thing have any ideas what the hell the problem is?

The only one who can fix this is your ISP. Send them those MTR results by mail, it's the only option you have.

You could also try screaming.
