Today a group of people have been playing with fire in aperture city as shown in these screen shots. Im a bit sad because i lost some of my stuff but hafnium gave most of it back to me.

actually, they did this to tombstone too. Nothing was harmed, and i know its all in good fun. But maybe you should not do it in people cities? Its effectivly the same as say i dunno (battlekid) doing something he wasnt supposed to (blowing up peoples houses in "good fun") Just saying. I dont think Junco was too happy about it either.

No part of any city was harmed, all parties that weren't directly involved got the stuff they lost back, and when computer head asked us to go elsewhere, we complied. This was a bit of harmless fun, and the fact that we got so many minecrafters on mumble was fantastic. Lighten up.

Battlekid griefed, and TnT damage can't be repaired like a but of lava on a flat plane. There really is no comparison.

I love messing about with stuff too. Just don't do something that you don't know how to undo. i.e. "lava grief" is easily fixed with the WorldEdit command //drain. Fires can be extinguished with /ex and so on.

I was on mumble whilst on classic, not even playing smp at the time but listening to the guys fighting, and I admit at times I was cracking up.

yes, yes, great fun at my expense, because logging on seeing hard work in bits, is always a joy. As I expected it wasn't fixed, there were random holes and, bits of sand and other blocks sticking out in places, no major grievance, but yeah. Also I made it pretty clear I wanted you all out of my town, I wanted to work on it, so being ignored, I tried to find something else to do for abit, so I went home and blocked tp, but someone tp'd me back to the town anyway. I tried to protest but then hit started trying to kill me, so in the end I just had to log off and do something else for abit. Appreciate it.

Oh and I love how temp maps are apparently so pointless...but hey! You can just use people's ufinished cities and towns instead!

Ok guys, having fun is ok, but griefing is a little too much...

Oh I was under the impression that they cleared it all up? If that's not the case then that does suck. Plus they didn't stop even once you asked them, so they effectively stopped you from playing. Wow, real mature guys.

Don't get me wrong, finding and fixing things only took me like 3 mins at best, but still I could of done with out it, I also cant check if there was tunneling under the town which seemed to be the case. I mean the foundations were flakey enough as they were. Also, someone robbed a stack of track, thanks.

Anyway out of all the people, haf, rwojy, xesdra, ollie, hitgirl, destoned, and a few others. It was only doc(who wasn't involved) and dread, who even acknowledged that I had logged on. Dreadniah, who got demoted for what immaturity? and allegedly griefing with tnt on the temp map? Seemingly showing the most maturity of out of all you? oh dear

Actually, I dicked around with tnt that time on a Temporary map. So there really IS no comparison.

Just so that this doesn't come back to bite me later I was there at points when this was happening, although I was not placing fire or breaking anything. Just saw some of the events unfold.

These were not the only places that recieved attention by some of these people. I was on irc last night and they apparently were "partying" in my town, I assumed harmlessly... Until I got on to find grief (it was minor but still) throughout the town. A fountain was destroyed, a tree disapeared, multiple signs were missing in different places, dreadniahs castlehouse was slightly griefed, lawlwhats house griefed, and random blocks were placed in random places. These partys need to be kept in control a bit more.

Seriously guys, this is pretty asshole-behavior from your side. If you want to party hard, do it in your own damn towns.

The grief was not from the group that was on mumble, at least not while I was on. The fountain we did break accidentally, but we had fixed that. Apparently someone else came along after we had left.

This incident has made it clear that we need to define some rules about trespassing. You really can't get all freaked out though if people are hanging out in a build you're calling a town or city, especially if they're not doing anything they can't immediately fix.

I've got a neat idea, no grief, period. I don't care if you can fix the massive cuboids in my town(which was a pretty botched repair job), I dont want any in my town. Especially when I'm trying to build there. I came online to lay some plots down, and you lot were causing havoc, trying to kill me, and ignoring the fact I was telling to you lot to gtfo.

Is that the example we're setting now huh? No wonder reload's town got damaged, other people are seeing your bizzarre behavior were repeating it. You can't just play this down, me, compuhead, and reload didn't need this. Harmless or not it's blatent disrespect. You'd ban someone for this sort of thing, though guess it's do as I say, not as I do right?

Actually, as soon as you came on and told us to gtfo, we moved to a pumpkin patch. It just takes a while for a group of 8-10 people to coordinate a move like that.

I was under the impression that the cuboids were fixed with /undo, which reverts the land to EXACTLY how it was, and I'm in your sand thing right now and it looks as if all is well.

If there is any grief in any town, describe it here and I will do my best to coordinate a clean up. If however, you are just upset that we were fooling around in your massive flat sandy area, lighten up.

If we were in the way of your building, the proper procedure is not to tell us to gtfo. The right thing to do would be something along the lines of "Guys, I'm trying to mark of plots here, can you move this party somewhere else? Thanks." If that failed, you could have contacted one of the admins that were on and explained, and I would have forcibly moved the party elsewhere. You could also have come on mumble and made MS Sam tell us, or if you have a mic, tell us yourself.
