Ok I have been working on a project with me and a friend and I thought I would stop at that build but when I was done but
I thought of expanding it, but there is no room in veteran15 to build a semi small city. What it would include is a: a prison (already done on vet15 just needs to be copied to the new map if this is approved), a Wal-Mart, water treatment plant, a high-rise condo, and of course, housing. If approved it will be modified by vets+ only and anyone can enter. The map dimensions would be 300x300x128.
If you would like you can build on it but please follow the requirements of a wallmart, water treatment plant, condo, and housing. Try to put in as much detail in as possible if you have any more suggestions for buildings please ask me.

I'm pretty sure Citybuild 2 has:
-A water treatment plant
-More than 1 High-rise Condo
-OMFGLOADS of Housing

I remember Hono making a Wal-mart somewhere but I think it was on main an got wiped.

As for a jail, never seen one before.

Conclusion: Build on citybuild.

Come build on citybuild8, it's virtually empty, apart from 3 skyscrapers and a tall, weird, tangled object.
