THREAD UNDER CONSTRUCTION
On completion will be stickied.

Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to introduce you to the public rail system in SMP, controlled by Xesdrail Inc. which I am CEO with a crack team of executives. Large construction and development is occuring and the rail system is closed during this with small pockets available to the public. However, without further adue, here is the company page for Xesdrail Inc.

Also, if you have any suggestions or comments on the rail system give us a yell. This is for the players. However, I am not budging on inter-HUB rail. That is happening.

Whoo nice.

We could make a 'goto' selection at the hubs. So you need less space for 'railroad docing'.
This way can you have 2 platforms with 2 rails (depature/arriavel).

1 platform to sparadise.
and 1 platform to all the players.

Hello Xesdrail incorperated.
Here is my resume:

I dont mind digging underground for long hours, only surviving on a few pieces of bread. As long as the job isnt done, then I wont stop.
I have lots of experience digging. My previous works unclude helping clear land for Kaizoku and helping to finish the underwater tunnel outside Spardise gates.
I also wont pass out from the high g-forces experienced during an experimental booster launch, sudden stops from players/items on the track and wicked hard hairpin turns.
I also have common sense, since that is a requirement.

It is the beginnings of the wiki page for Xesdrail. Everything you see was created in about 10 minutes but I am very tired so it could be ripe with spelling mistakes and such. The page is vague and rough and will be improved later. However please do have a look at what little information is there.

Reminder: DO NOT APPLY FOR CONNECTIONS YET! Once station construction is complete and linked (my project over the next few days) player applications can be opened up. If you have any questions/suggestions fire them my way!

Is there any chance of you guys running a line to my townish thing? How much would that cost? If I built the RR station and some track, would it be cheaper? My town could be the springboard for another HUB. For those wondering, my town is roughly due west of spawn, at the border. It's powering along pretty fast, and a rail station would be cool. I would even clear more land for the town if you guys wanted to build a station there.

Probably not, but I am proposing a HUB out West, so it wouldn't be hard to link up your city to the network at all.

tbh, we already connected rozzlordia (the 2 islands west of teufort, directlyabove the line) to the line between sparadise and teufort, mr_green knew about it and helped.
since boosters sometimes failed or didn`t work properly, we installed some "on the way" boosters to keep up speed.
what i really want to say: testing and optiization of the rails is fun, i`m glaD to help out there in every concern!

Ollie here's my idea on how we link aperture to the system.

the boxes represent hub areas and the lines are the tracks.;
So basically we split the track underground into two separate lines one going to Aperture Uptown via a bridge out of the top of a mountain into the forest district and the other running underground through aperture downtown.
NOTE:this was a very rough drawing made in 10 min and is in no way to scale.
