In a drink related incident that pretty much ruined my old gaming headphones I am looking for a new set,

anyone have any/know of any that are awesome?

I have nospecifications except that they have good volume and are big fat comfortable bad boys which block out noise from surrounding noise

I use to have http://www.plantronics.com/us/product/gamecom-367 , and if nobody coems u pwith any ideas ill just go with the updated version fo those :P

no, really. i use it and it's just fine (at least, nobody on mumble has complained :ugly: ). separating mic from headphones is always a good move anyway, means if one goes bust you don't have to jack in the whole thing. i just clip this onto the wire of the my headphones and it works perfectly.

they probably don't meet your requirements (don't block out much outside noise) but i use these babies for gaming and music both. certainly meets the big + comfy + loud enough requirements. they is the business :3

I got the 350 and I took it through hell and back, it's got noise cancelation in the mic on it, it's a Sennheiser, it's for gamers, it also quiets down the surround noise for yourself, it's a Sennheiser and yeah, it's just the best for gamers out there :P

Sennheiser HD595 (or HD555) is one of the most comfortable headphones. You can even sleep when you are wearing that baby :mrgreen:

I know I'm late and you've already decided, but i recently bought these headphones http://www.turtlebeach.com/products/ps3 ... -px21.aspx
Mainly I bought them because a friend of mine had a similar pair and the sound quality was insanely good. Also, this was the only nice headset my local gamestop had and I had a gift card there :ugly:
They're really good quality though, and i recommend them! :16
