I hear you guys bring this up all the time. What's actually on there and why should one pay to pirate instead of just sticking to private torrent trackers? "50mbit/sec, 8 concurrent connections" hum |

Stolen from wiki:![]() How does this work exactly btw? is there a specific list to choose form on a specific usenet site, or does it work on any Usenet file/site? Quote: Usenet was originally created to distribute text content encoded in the 7-bit ASCII character set. With the help of programs that encode 8-bit values into ASCII, it became practical to distribute binary files as content. Binary posts, due to their size and often-dubious copyright status, were in time restricted to specific newsgroups, making it easier for administrators to allow or disallow the traffic.
Pretty much these groups which administrators generally want to block are the groups which Usenet providers specialize in. All NZB websites will post NZB's with content from these groups. I never once found a NZB download which was not present on the Usenetservers i use. (Only perhaps if the age of the posted download was too old).

Yup, signed up for it a week ago or so with paypal, so maybe it was just an initial error on their side. |

We have download limits at uni so there's no need to have it faster, which is a shame ![]() |
