Lol we just had a massive long email thread about this trailer at work, personally i really like it. For a pretty generic scene, its had a really good treatment. I saw a gameplay vid a few weeks ago which was posted in 2009 and the game looked kind of pants, but I have seen some recent screenshots and it looks a lot better, should be fun! plus it's apparently got some rpg elements to it which could be interesting!

Heh. I was just coming here to post this trailer.  Don't really feel anything for the game, tbh, but on it's own merits, this trailer is really rather awesome.

Oh I watched that trailor yesterday. Looks amazing. Anything that involves shooting zombies I love.  I keep having dreams of zombies with me shooting them with different guns. The sniper rifle in the roof top was the best one so far. Although the one where I had the shotgun was cool because I was running around blasting them and they were being blown back about a metre or so.......um... I think I'd better shut up now

Seems like I am the only person who does not like the trailer.. I love zombiegames and I also love splatter movies, but this emotional level with which this trailer is working is something else. Maybe its because I am working with children and teenagers and because I have a lot of knowledge about mediapedagogy and psychology... Dunno... I think this trailer is crap. |

I did not say that its not effective. It is working with this emotions just for being effective and for reaching people. |

I really like how within the reversal it goes from kaos to happy summer holidays with family, which i personally love, because it's very different to the standard build up of most horror trailers which being bright/happy and end in tragedy. Also, kaos just posted this on facebook haha |

i don't get this. adding a depressing tune to it doesn't make it "emotional". and what's up with having one bit of it not being reversed?  as a game trailer this is crap. it would probably pass as a i-wanna-be-artsy school project |

it needs the non-reversed bits so it makes sense, those shots help put the reversal in perspective. plus the girl running backwards would have looked really jarring. |
