I'm gonna finally introduce myself to the larger body of SpecialAttack, since I've since recently been a Minecraft only guy but recently decided to venture into TF2 territory.

Ok, so what to start off with: I'm generally hyperactive, crazy, and exhausted. That may seem oxymoronic, but it's not. I get hyper when tired, but it's sorta a bell curve (little tired- very hyper, very tired- not hyper).

According to TF2 my best class is Sniper (lies, all lies) and my most-played (and second best) class is Scout (which, except for the second best part is true, since it's prolly my best). When not doing Scout, I tend to do anything but Demoman or Soldier, though I rarely go Engineer. Typically my second choice is Pyro.

Oh yeah, and I type kinda like I speak, only with less stuttering, "um"'s, "like"'s, and speech impediments. This is why I don't use a mic. I also jumble up words a ton.

The info chain: 18, USA, Student, really into tabletop games and the like.

Oh yeah, and as my stats may say, I suck at TF2. Well, I'm decent at getting to and capping points, pushing carts, defense, and the like, but I generally fail at face to face combat (though I do get kills, just not many).

If i remember correctly we had a tf2 server in the states running for a while. Just dont know what happend to it. Think just to little interest in it, in combination with to less american admins for it.

I wouldn't move to America... but if Saint wanted to implement an Australian based Special Attack, I'd be happy to move there as part of a team of Australian admins, to really build up a TF2 community there.

We had American servers once but they were empty and crappy and we dropped them. Dunno, considering the spread of the SpA community due to Minecraft we might reconsider? Though Minecraft alone is eating up our bills pretty heavily already.

I can think of six American/Canadian tf2 players off the top of my head, who have come from Minecraft. Scrathy can't even play 'cause of the ping and we only use All Maps #1 so it might be a possibility someday. I think I've played on a few american servers with over 100 ping, it can be alright most of the time, I mean I use to play on one that Haf plays on, with very little lag.

The good thing about that is, when the server winds down, which it does anytime after 23:00, we can invade the yank server!

I do fine, but I have to learn not to bother dodging Huntsman shots, because by the time I see them they're in my head.

The truth is, not being stuck inside by the awful Scottish weather, would probably cause me to forget about my PC altogether and it would just sit in the corner gathering cobwebs whilst I was out photographing all the animals that could easily kill me.
