Egypt was added a few weeks ago when I asked for it (feedback request from the regular players and TF2 community), and hopefully doublecross was as well at the same time. But they were added to spapoints menu so they didn't affect the vanilla rotation we implemented a few months ago, which was designed to keep the server visible in casual players server search browsers. The vanilla rotation was also designed to stop fussy players leaving the server; though can be easily mixed up with the use of spapoints.
