It's not a game trailer. Actually was made for the director to sell WB on his vision for a reimagined MK film.


There you have it. While there may not be much of anything in the way of gaming or movie news goes as far as this trailer is concerned, it seems as though the response has been largely positive from various Internet communities. Perhaps WB has taken notice of this and will green light the project.
Trailer looks to nice to me to be nothing tbh.

Yeah ill go with Trilogy too, but i do love Armageddon as well. :D

New game announced as well:

Mortal Kombat Returning to '2D' Roots in New Game

"The gory Mortal Kombat fighter series is returning to its side-on origins in 2011 with a new game titled simply Mortal Kombat, announced today by publisher Warner Bros. The original MK development team is working on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 fighter, having been acquired by Warner Bros. after owner Midway's bankruptcy. The studio, briefly known as WB Games Chicago, has been re-branded NetherRealm Studios"

Of course no PC version :( :| damn Midway.

Hmmm..looks good, but I'm still partial to the old skool MK on the mega drive. So much more fun :mrgreen:
