Turns out my ISP were just having some fun at my expense.

Some bitch phones me up and tells me I am now able to connect. The connection was extremely slow for about 20 minutes, then disconnected completely.

So I phone up technical support and get some dude who tells me it's not being activated until tomorrow afternoon. So I asked him why the fuck I'd been told I could now connect, and he's pretty blasé about the whole thing, so I decided to verbally abuse him for my own amusement. After a little back and forth, he still won't tell me anything, so I hung up.

It would have been fun if it wasn't so fucking infuriating. So now I'm connected with my phone again, just for shit's and giggles. Shit's and giggles being three quid a MB, so that should rack up quite the bill.

Looks like it's crime again for me, just to break even.
