Has no REAL life! (2026)
Just some stuff on the game Ive dug up while researching it after it came up,

Looks interesting and perhaps borderline buyable depending on how some of the ideas come out.

Something I didnt notice at first, this is being made by the same guys who were involved with Enemy Territory: Quake wars and Wolfenstien:Enemy territory. 2 games which caught some interest in the past.

Read up on the material a bit. Seems like a rather solid title.
And even though I haven't confirmed cloaking, I find myself
interested enough :)
As for the much discussed art style, I do like it. The disproportional
characters is just the way I want it, and the worn and tattered rags
one can adorn oneself with as the resistance makes it even more appealing :)

In the hands on article,
Quote:
we turned our character from a Mohawk-sporting, tattoo-wearing, chain-sporting punk into an Upper East Side prep-school kid with an off-putting British accent (yes, you can change characters' accents). Suffice it to say that we had a lot of fun with this aspect.
Could there be further customisation than we were expecting?

They cut female player characters to have more time for male character customization stuff. :o

Surely that can only be a good thing, young damsels have no place on a battlefield!

But honestly, if they feel they couldnt get great customisation for both males and females, at least they acknolodged it and went for greater customisation within 1 than some generic 3 different types of heads on both.

Female models implemented in content release down the line? Heard it here first

Agreed, i know first hand what its like when games companies, try to push out too many features in an unrealistic time scale, rather have one implemented correctly rather than two which aren't. Plus DLC seems to be the in thing at the moment, means sales can last a bit longer; much like the expansion packs of our past :)
