I keep getting denied zoning requests by supops in smp. I was wondering if if there is anyway to zone of the area i would like to reserve for the city i am working on bassed on the palm islands. I only want it zoned so people dont build a house on the islands im demolishing.

While we've been trying to reduce excessive zoning, cities with real effort going into them is definately a suitable thing to zone. I'll definately zone it if I can ever stop playing Fallout New Vegas for more than 15 minutes at a time.

Also from what I can gathered and experienced, they are a BITCH to correctly setup and spaz out and reset their whitelists whenever they damn well feel like it. So buggy.

I gave up building my shop in the market. Stupid whitelist will only hold me for like 5 min at a time

We, as supops, the managers of the zones, can't even see all the zones because of the freaking ridiculous amounts of zones already there. Some are really pointless too. That can be zoned I GUESS but I'm not happy about it as it makes me a hypocrite.

But this isn't a place for safe builds unfortunately. It is too much of a strain on our resources.

I agree Ollie the amount of zones on the server is ridiculous. They really should be limited to areas that for the server's operations like cities and towns.
