To make it official.

The Minecraft management team consisting up to this point of me, myself and I is being replaced by the holy trinity of:

[SpA]Hafnium
[SpA]Kirshi
[SpA]Rico_Faraguez

Hafnium and Rico are considered our new MC tech-team while Kirshi will be handling social issues inside the community, though their rights and obligations are spread evenly.

Any decision made by these three is considered a decree of the management - contact SpA management like Bucky or Greasy_Greabo, perhaps me if it's strictly Minecraft related, ONLY if you have issues with something they did, otherwise report problems to one of THEM from now on.

At the same time I announce my resignation as the Head Minecraft Manager - I will still be tending to the servers if need be and on a "hobby basis" but I will NOT take any requests when it comes to banning, unbanning, problems with players, problems with servers (unless others can't be reached) and so on - the only issues I am willing to tackle are ones connected to players I know well, i.e. trustees or the MC management team.

All proper administrative rights are in the process of being assigned.

No, this is how the community works. We start up something, take lead in it, and transfer it over to our community members to run, so we can focus on new stuff. In my case I just have an extra break with it.

This community is ran by it's members, not just 2 or 3 people.

The decision is due to many factors.

To name a few:

We need to intertwine SpA and the MC community more.
Managing Minecraft has become a chore for me, both technically and socially.
I barely play the game anymore.
We need get rid of the notion that authority is tied purely to a single person and not the ROLE that's been assigned to him or her.
I don't have the time or motivation to change everything SURROUNDING Minecraft, like sites, rules, announcements and so on.
The SpA MC community has to learn to resolve issues internally under management supervision, not the hands-on "Lim-Dul ex machina" style that we've experienced so far.

Lim, thanks for everything. I know that I, along with countless other minecrafters, are thankful for all of the work you've put into Minecraft. I hope you pop in every once in a while. Just one question, who's going to have the pedo-bear skin? Kirshi?

If not, then it's been nice seeing you around, and I'll always have fond memories of our times together.
