Thanks Brewe =P

You should try learning how to do shading (Like with the default skin, there are no 2 bits next to each other of the same shade)

DOUBLE POST TIME:
I do notice that, I've tried many times to do that and failed, I'm not bad at stuff such as design, its just shading and giving noise that gets me.

You using skinedit brewe? If so, there's an "add noise" button that "shades" them for you.

1. I would be worried that i would get addicted to minecraft.
2. I would be worried about breaking one of the 65 Billions rules the server has :ugly:
3. The game lacks the senseless action, violence and gore that my tragically effected childhood mind craves daily.
4. I have a manageable levels of OCD which im worried will make it impossible for me to ever complete anything.
5. I dislike Minecraft's "art style" which unfortunately IS part of the game.

But being in the games industry, i was just curious how skins were implemented and created in minecraft. :D

Well, skins are made in any program that can edit a PNG file. :P There are programs specifically designed for minecraft skin making, with automatic previews and tools useful for designing and beautifying skins.

The PNGs get uploaded to Minecraft.net, and the game requests them (http requests) on the fly when you stumble across another player.

@#2, idk what minecraft YOU'RE looking at, but blowing each other up with tnt and dousing each other in lava appears to be senseless violence to me. :D
