I repeat, the link I posted just makes sure that you are known to have come from SpecialAttack and therefore are put into the prize draw

Just make sure you complete the other requirements and you can win

I kinda like gamegrounds now, since i usually play alot of mini games on the web and seeing other peoples scores is fun.

To be clear(er) on how to enter:

- Go to Gamegrounds using the link in the OP
- From there, log in as usual (or you may be logged in automatically due to the thingy in your taskbar being on all the time)
- Go to 'find friends'. At this point, take a look at the URL; it should say something about a specialattack contest in there.
- Friends are invited via facebook. When prompted, allow the Gameground app access to your profile - this doesn't allow it to post stuff to your wall, just to use send you emails.
- Go ahead and select 10 people to invite. After you click the send invite button (blue one in the bottom left, can't remember what the exact wording is) you get the option to add in an extra message of your own.
- Send the invites. If it works, Gamegrounds should update, saying that you got exprience points and an achievement. You can double check if it worked clicking on Missions at the top of the screen (big blue image with the pewpewspaceship inside), and looking for the 'Friendly' mission - if it appears on that list, then those people got invited.
- Cross your fingers for 50 euros!

You also need to complete 20 missions from games guys if you wanna be in for a chance at the prize!

Well the url thing doesn't say anything about specialattack for me, but i guess that is cause i registred early. (yes greasy fixed it after that)

while i'm here - username is Scatterbrain. as i'm not all that interested in achievements, rank etc when playing games (the point of gaming is for fun, imo) the whole leaderboard + getting experience + ingame achievements doesn't really appeal to me. that said, i'll still use it whenever i feel the need to kill some time via flash games, because from what i've seen it's a pretty solid selection of good, fun games. and i think that gameground will be good for the people creating flash games; there's not been a whole lot of support (especially financially) for those guys, so it's cool of you to help them out like this.

pros and cons

+ setting it up was dead simple
+ good choice of games
+ interface is clean (apart from the scrolling popups in the bottom left, although they can be turned off)

- having the GG thing running in the taskbar all the time is annoying and is a waste of resources when you're not using it
- using chrome and having the 'get flash plugin' help/error box pop up at the end of every game; plugin is for internet explorer, and it saves exp, missions etc anyway
- the 'invite friends' system isn't all that great. it was difficult to find, as it was labelled 'find friends' rather than invite, and the integration with facebook, while it works, isn't ideal for people that either rather not use it or don't have it.

that's all i can think of for the moment. all in all, gamegrounds is pretty neat

@Scatterbrain & MrGreen, congrats guys. Just a tip, if you're going to spend the money on steam games, wait for the christmas specials. 2 years ago they had crazy offers like -90% on Bioshock etc.
