The recent rank restructuring has left me to believe that My work is done and people don't need me there anymore.

What I meant was that I think it's stupid to leave when you get demoted. If I would have been demoted, I would have raged a bit (like everyone) but then I would have tried to see some of the things I do wrong and be helpful as I can be to prove them wrong. Though I can understand some people after a long time could take the rank for granted and can't stand being demoted and I respect it.

It's not so much the demotion I'm personally pissed about, hell I'm honestly suprised that my "trusted by Lim"-rank lasted so long after his RAAAAGE-reactions on my criticism. What I AM pissed about is how utterly incompetent these demotions are being handled. I mean the only official comment so far is a thinly sugar coated version of "Fuck you dudes, earn it back." All this raging and drama could have easily be stilled by just coming forth with the reasons. Even if they are just a few lines per case.

All I see is that you will get an answer when you stop raging a bit and everything settles down a bit. Maybe thats worth a try.
I can see you are upset, but maybe take it out on a wall and ask for an answer in a pm or get on mumble?
Forums is a great way for things to get really out of hand by jumping to conclusions and interpeting stuff in a bad way.
