I'm not leaving, where did you get that idea? I'm not even that bothered with the demotion. What IS bothering me is the sheer assholishness of some of our leadership. Never got complaints about my actions in or out off the game, never got a warning and never even got a reason for my demotion. When talking to some of the more decent members of our new "management" I get told that they CAN'T tell me the reason without getting into trouble. What the hell people?

Meanwhile SupOp (and up!) who randomly teleport people to their death, who edit other peoples builds without consent of the original builder, aka griefing, and laugh it off as "you had to be there", who randomly promote players out of the blue while said promotee has before been demoted TWICE run away without so much as a slap on the wrist. And when I get call them out on this bullshit behaviour I get called , and this is a loose quote, a "little whiny non-donating piece of shit". Can you see why I may be a little ticked off? Hell, considering the circumstances I'm actually CIVIL about this whole farce.

Don't worry, I'm not leaving this server just yet. I actually like our playerbase, can't say much about it administrators though.

They may not define who we are, but those in charge should not be such hypocrites that they don't even keep to their own rules. Anyone else would get demoted or banned if they pulled of some of the aforementioned stunts but when it concerns "one of our own" it gets laughed off.

yes that I agree is one problem. people sometimes are super op for so long that they think they can do whatever they want. thats one reason I believe that a cycling of ranks is sometimes necessary where some super ops are demoted to vet. and make way for new super ops. if the vets really want to help the server then they will work and help to get their rank back and realize what it means to be apart of the SpA community. this is just my opinion though and we should all just be calm and wait things through.. this community sees too much unnecessary drama

YES some SUPER OPS have a I CAN DO WHATEVER THE FUCK I WANT BECAUSE I CAN ATTITUDE but that doesnt mean we all have to get angry at all the super ops/trustees/owners, it's a select few people and there isnt much that can be done right at this moment. instead of getting angry at me just calm down and earn your rank back. if the president of the united states smacked you what would you do? punch him in the face while he is protected? some people are harsh at what they do but generally are doing what they feel is right. just talk to some owners about it and if enough people talk to them about it peacefully instead of raging like this then I am sure something will be done...

it's not. personally, i get that you're upset about being demoted without really being told why so that complaint is, imo, justified (feedback needs to be a two way thing - just like you can't kick or ban someone without telling them why, you can't demote someone without telling them what they're doing wrong); but it's definately not a blanket policy like you suggest (keyword in that quote being 'everything').

OK, I'll make an exception to FillerB and tell him exactly why he was demoted, since he is apparently too thick to figure it out on his own.

So - once upon a time there was a FillerB that was really active, writing guides and stuff - seemed like a good trustee. But then one day (check your post history) he started whining about fucking everything - server policy, management, other admins, making demands as if he owned this place and raging when they weren't followed upon. In general he became an annoying little fucktard and not even in a constructive way. And what do you know! After being demoted he still doesn't get the hint and doesn't eat a slice of humble pie - he merrily continues like he did before because THAT will be appreciated. *clap clap*
You know the proverb about not biting the hand that feeds you? Well - now you can GTFO.

Ah - as for Brewe - McMoist pretty much touched upon it. He started making "Brewe appreciation" threads as if he had some inferiority complex, sent PMs "threatening" to leave if people weren't nice to him despite painting a huge target on his forehead with his behavior, when the new managers got appointed he messaged everyone but their mother asking why it wasn't HIM who got promoted. Despite all the threads about his supposed amazing accomplishments (started by him, of course) I haven't actually see him contributing anything useful to the community apart from staying on the servers.

So yeah - anybody else wants to hear their demotion reasons? I guarantee you, they were all warranted and if you can't see why then it's probably the first reason why.
