Ok, so I'm gonna be running a game of Shadowrun 3rd Edition.
Here's the down low:
What:
A Shadowrun Third Edition game. We'll run through the quick start scenario, but I'm not gonna map out the level.
I'm building the world right now. I'm not sure what the plot will be, It'll depend on how everyone signs up.
Players:
Andragon (No character yet)
Hafnium (No character yet)
Chaos Squirrel (Jacob Blackhand [I'm not responsible for names], Street Samurai)
Me (Assuming there's not enough players, if there's enough I'll just be GM, Michal Dewitt, ex-Mafiya Enforcer [so kinda like a Street Sam/Phys Ad, but without magic or cyberware])
JeromePL (No character yet)
SnowfireX (No character yet)
And whoever wants to join. Don't all sign up at once.
Character Generation: High Level Priority
Allowed books (If using NSRCG, be 100% sure to configure it to use only these, and you'll have to do it *each* time):
SR3
Year of the Comet
Shadowrun Companion
(If you tell me first, feel free to add the NAGEE, but I'll have to get it from Dumpshock again)

Newbie advice:
Read the quick start guide, and you'll get a feel for how to play. If you don't, don't bother trying. Also, look at the GM screen while playing occasionally. It will help your sanity.
If you are using NSRCG yourself (instead of telling me what to do), remember three things:
1. We're running a decking/rigger light campaign. You can still be a rigger, but I will need a lot more familiarity with the rules to run drones and matrix stuff. (In other words I can't figure it out)
2. Munchy McMunchkin is not your friend. You can really break the numbers horribly. But if you don't have some knowledge skills, I will use that to rape you. Balance is your friend, Min Max isn't.
3. Body and Willpower are your friend. Very much so. If you have 2 Body, do not expect to survive. Willpower comes up less, but is still useful (especially for mages).
EDIT: I will be using Critters, but that's not much of your concern. You can look it up on DriveThruRPG, though.
