There is a similar plugin for SMP though. It spawns a lightstone block that follows the player around (for epic lag if more people do it, I'm certain).

Wait Lim!!!!!! I just logged into SMP and I walked a bit holding a torch only to find I had a ring of light around me! Long story short: it works in multiplayer! except others can't see it. Should I disable it seeing its kinda unfair or just keep it?

You just open minecraft.jar in the bin folder of .minecraft. (open the minecraft.jar with winrar) and then drag the contents of the mod folder in

i dunno, i have the minimap and some dont. What's the difference? I mean, i don't have this mod but it does no harm...yet.

Yeah I'm all for keeping the forum tidy, I wish people would post minecraft pics in the actual minecraft picture thread rather than kicking off a whole new topic.
