Conformity at it's finest folks, with enough people saying the sky is green people would believe it.
Same with CS:Source. In fact, there is nothing inherently wrong with source. I have seen various complaints that the head hitbox is "XBAWK HUEG!111" to buggy netcode, I personally have not experienced any problem with source.
The only gripe I am have about it is that when crouching your point of view is from the gun instead out of the model's head. If you like 1.6, that's fine with me, it's still a great game but the offhanded comment of how CSS is for fags and noobs is not needed.
So true! I played 1.6 aswell and now i play css only because its just newer and better, i can't stand dumb people who r like "ZOMG HITBOX R SHITZZ LOLZZ!!!!" Because fact is they saw it at some of her friends or on a video and noticed a maybe unrealistic kill and then they r like "ZOMG NOOB GAME" but they never tried it, GUYS: YOU STILL HAVE TO AIM TO OWN! It's not you run around and spray some bullets out and got like 81274891894729 headshotkills.
I also don't say that COD4 sucks only because you can shoot through every wall.
