I found the same black humour that the director did in that scene, that is all.
I also find some rape/paedophilia demotivational posters funny, do a long ass rant about that too.

Hope no one is horribly offended by mac-molestation jokes... please note this clip is from dodgeball, but i don't think people getting hit with wrenches is funny at all.

The director is setting the man up as even more of a monster than you already think he is before what you hope is a satisfyingly gruesome end, the humour is in the fact that that's what the audience is waiting for.

the humour also comes across in the shot's framing and the timing of the movement... wise it wouldnt exist.

In all seriousness, I didn't see rape in there aswell. Cardboard is upset, because the situation hits him on a personal level, attacking balls in the process. Balls on the other hand... man, just stop. Its personal, you're only hurting cardboard even more and he's lashing out in return.

i was only lashing out cause i felt like i was being painted as the devil by a couple of individuals, i had no intention at all at upsetting cardboard, i have had experience with rape situations, once in portsmouth and once in oxford, and although i wasn't directly involved, i know how fucking traumatic it is, but to tell me what i can find humourous is just censorship, im sorry it got this way, and im sorry i didnt get how much it was effecting you cardboard.
