I am wondering what the rules are concerning mods.

Currently i only have a slimemod i was using to find where slimes spawn, .

And i have seen that people could make only the lower part of doors, which i was told that was due a mod aswell.

So what mods are allowed and what mods are not?

Hacks and exploits are not permitted. Hacks would include special texture packs, mods which allow finding slimes and or ores easier than normal play allows. Exploits would include any game glitches which can be repeated such as duplicating items. (others may clarify all this, I hope they do I did poorly)

Being found to be using hacks and exploits may result in your being banned. Upon being banned, you may appeal the banning in the appropriate forum using the appropriate template.

The only mods that are allowed are the server side mods that everyone on the server automatically has access to (some mods may require a certain rank).

Any mods that are client side (that only you use on our servers) are strictly forbidden as they give you an unfair advantage over others or make the game unfair in some way.
Texture packs are fine, except when they are used to see things that you normally wouldn't see (minerals, tunnels, spawners through walls). So your slime spotting mod is forbidden because it gives you an advantage over others who have to find the slimes by chance.
