So what basically happend,

I haven't done sport for a long time now, I always practiced Judo.
So some time ago i decided I decided to do a Budo sport again. Since many friends of my practice Jiu-Jitsu I decided to go that path as well.
(I still love judo but i wanted to do something more diverse).

So last Thursday I had my first training. And men I felt it.
Nice techniques. But than when the training came to an end. we had to do push ups in couples. (2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2) (sportsman know what i mean i guess) and after that we had to do side kicks as fast as we could during 1 minute/leg.

So I came home. Wanted to type a whole story but never came further than: I am wracked!

Still prefer my sport though.
