They've said they won't do it :)
It's just to bypass the release date check.

They can't ban you for it if you ever read their EULA. Nothing about bypassing release dates in there.

anyone getting the sillym essage from battlelog's game manager that the game has to be installed and that an update is available? someone know what to do?
