Role: support
Movement speed: 107 % (only the scout is faster than you)
The Weapons:
The syringe gun:
Ammo Loaded: 40
Ammo Carried: 150
Damage Range: 10-15 per syringe (30 crit per syringe) at 10 syringes per sec = 100-150/sec (300/sec crit)
_____________________
This weapon belongs to the "not-so-good"-category, but it can be still useful, as long as you know how to use it properly.
It doesn't deal that much damage, but it has a very fast reload time and the syringes are shot in a ballistic path that means that you have to aim higher/or lower for targets that are either far or close. It is a close-range weapon and you won't kill anyone(in most cases), unless you have crit-syringes.
The medigun:
Ammo Loaded: N/A
Ammo Carried: N/A
Damage Range: N/A
_____________________
Don't think that you can hurt anyone at anytime with the medigun, because you simply can't.
The medigun is only for healing friendly targets(no buildings) and disguised enemy spies

.
If you press the left mouse button and aim on a team mate a blue beam will come out and as long as you keep on pressing the button the beam will continue healing(you don't have to aim at your target-the beam has an auto-aim that only be break if your target is either too far away from you or an obstacle is between the two of you) your target and boost his HP up to 150% of his normal health.
- 125->185
- 150->225
- 175->260
- 200->300
- 300->450
But that's not all the medigun can do. You will notice a bar to the left of your interface, if you carry the medigun. When you have reached 100% you get the über charge.
The über charge is very powerful and makes you and your patient for 10 sec. invulnerable.
You fill the bar with healing someone (1%/1sec-not so sure about that). If your patient gets healed by more medics(or dispensers) at the same time the bar fills slower(the more the slower

), so don't heal someone that has already a medic.
The bone saw(melee):
Ammo Loaded: N/A
Ammo Carried: N/A
Damage Range: 43-87 (195 crit)
_____________________
The bone saw is one of the most powerful melee weapons in the game.
It has a good dmg, does deal a bit more then 1 hit/sec. and has a very high chance to get a crit.
Many noob medics don't use it, but that's good(for them). The bone saw is powerful but you must be very good with it, or you'll get killed faster than a spy that tries to walk through you! Try to avoid the usage of it, unless you know that you can make it(like Magisk

).
How to use the medic
The medic is a hybrid class: He has "not-too-low" hp(150), he is fast(107%), can regenerate his own hp from time to time and he has good weapons for many situations. Anyway he is one of the worst classes to go in rambo-mania into the enemy lines and wipe everything out that bugs you, in no time.
First of all you have to learn the basics:
1. Medic's functions
A medic is no solo class. In fact he is the most "team playing" class.
A medic can't survive without his team and neither can they without him, so don't bother to hunt enemies if your mates need health. If your comrades are alive, they will guard you, unless they are noobs.
Don't act selfish. that means that you shall help everyone, who needs your help. Don't only heal the "fraggers" in your team, tho this could cost you some points.
If your partner has full health and others are screaming and burning and almost dead, rush to them to keep them alive as long as possible.
And the most important target for you to heal is: an other medic.
Medics must work together and act like one unit.
If you are the only medic within a group of soldiers, pyros heavies etc., try to keep everyones hp at 150% and keep and eye on everyones health.
Your priorities should be like this, when you're healing:
1.medic(most important target for you)
2. Demo
3. Soldier(same as the heavy)
4. pyro(tho he has less hp than the soldier he can't burn and he's faster. pyros are the kamikaze-class anyway)
5. Heavy(heavy has enough health to come along by his own, for the most time)
6. Engineer(a good engineer has a dispenser near him)
7. Scout(A scout that is in the safe zone and near med-packs can rush to them easily - but keep him alive, if he has the intel)
8. Spy(he can retreat easily and can take care of his own)
9. Sniper(snipers are the most useless class, in most cases)
2. Medic's movement:
As a medic you will be the most wanted enemy

. Everyone will try to hunt and kill you, so you have to know how to get rid of them and stay alive, since you won't be able to kill someone( except some exceptions

). First of all you should have a headset as a medic, to coordinate and warn your team.
Then you have to know the maps very well. You must know where the enemies come, where to hide and where to retreat/attack the best.
In general you act like this:
if there is a place to hide: USE IT!
if there is non, act like a maniac and jump, crouch and do whatever to keep your self alive.
Using your patient as a human shield won't work, unless it's a farm...err heavy. The jump button is your friend, so use it often, to prevent hits.
Never let your guard down. Everyone will aim for you when they see you, so stay concentrated.
Turn around every now and then, to see treads that come from behind.
The best way to spy-check as a medic is trying to walk through ur patients...if you can't, use the bone saw and crit that son of a...spy to death.
Always retread as a medic, when you see that you have no chance....it maybe a coward but you won't regret it as much as losing an almost full uber

.
Same for ubers that are almost over. If you see that ur uber is almost gone and there are way too many enemies alive, run away and don't care about ur patient if he ain't retreading as well.
3. the uber
Ubers are powerful, but they can be wasted very fast.
The most important rule is to press the uber button as late as possible.
Just as important as your timing is the choice of your patient.
Don't uber any random person, if you have the choice.
Look who is good in that round and especially what his class is.
You will need different classes for different situations.
Usually it's like this:
Demo:
use him if there are (many) sentries and if they are way to far away for other classes, to destroy.
Pyro:
He is the best class to come through a corner. If the enemies built a "fortress" and you can sneak in through a corner or something else, use the pyro.
Heavy:
The heavy is the best in most cases. he does alot dmg, he is good in middle and close range and has a good AOE dmg. Still he isn't that good to destroy more then one sentrie(especially not if the sentry is far away).
Soldier:
The worst of the 4 classes, I mentioned. He is a good assault class and kill lots of enemies but he hasn't enough ammo for crowd of enemies/sentries...especially sentries...a soldier must first of all kill the engineer, befor he can atk the sentry, otherwise he won't make enough dmg....so forget it...it's too risky that you uber a noob soldier and everything will be wasted.
Other classes:
No...never every uber an engineer, scout, spy, sniper or medic, if you have the chance to retread or survive without an uber.
Note:
Always go ahead when you've activated your uber.
This is very important if there are sentries.
A sentry will always aim at the nearest foe...that means that you have to take it's attention, while your partner can come close enough to beat the crap out of it!
4. map knowledge
Map knowledge is one of the best advantages you can have agains your enemies.
Always try to use the least dangerous way and let your patient go first around corners, since your life is more important than his.
If you are getting attacked running is the best way to survive for you. Try to shake enemies off.
But you have to learn very well for your team as well.
Pipe/Rocket jumps are the best example:
Gravil pit:
there will be always some soldiers/demos from your team that will jump somewhere up. They might lose a lot of hp from such a jump, so try to give them a hp boost and if possible, run to them and heal them.
Always keep an eye on the roof of B in gp. There might be a demo or soldier up there, who needs some hp.
5. Class knowledge
It's very important for a medic to know which class he is standing against.
1. Scout:
You are both fast, but however the scout is quite faster than you, so running away ain't the best choice for you. Actually a noob medic won't have a chance against a good scout, but there are still some ways to get rid of that bloody rat:
- 1.the syringe gun:
Since both of you have short-distance weapons there is chance for you to win the fight with the syringe gun. Not only that you can deal a lot of dmg with it in short distance with it, in no time, but you have the faster reloading as well.
2.the bone saw:
This is a bit risky but it might be the best way, in my opinion.
It's pretty simple:
let try to dodge the attacks of the scout. He will try to come as near to you as possible, anyway. If he is near enough, take the bone saw and BAM! he's down! The chance that you get a crit is very high and the bone saw deals a lot of dmg, anway.
2. The soldier:
You won't stand a chance against a soldier with full health, unless you get a crit with your syringe gun.
However you are the faster one, so running away, while dodging his rockets might be the cleverest thing for you to do.
3. The pyro:
Same as the soldier. Depending on the map you can try to lead him into water to kill him there with either the bonesaw or the syringe gun. If there is no water, just run away, like a pussy cat!...
4. The heavy:
Don't even think of taking his attention. The heavy is a killing machine and he will kill everything that bothers him, so there is either the running away-tactic or the coming-from-behind-and-bone-sawing-him-to-death-tactic. It depends on you what you prefer more and of course the situation you are in, at the moment.
5. The demo:
he's quite the same as the pyro and soldier, but you might have a advantage against him, since he hasn't a weapon that can shoot directly. Not only that he can only shoot 4 nades in a row, but his reloading those take some time as well. running infront of him with the bone saw might be the fastes way to die, for you!:).
Try to retreat, while shooting with the syringe gun at him.
6. The engineer:
Well..this is pretty simple:
Either you kill him or he kills you with his sentry...
7. The Sniper:
You should have the advantage against him in close combat. It's up to you what you use.
8. The spy:
Same as the demo.
*remember the face-stab

*
9. The medic:
Same as the scout!
6. Some useful hints
1. Auto-heal script
There is a script which allows you to heal your patient without holding the left mouse button constantly.
You have to simply follow this picture
guide
2.constantly healing
it happens so often to me that a medic is spawning with me(maybe a second or 2 earlier) and than I'm trying to make him notice me, by pressing E or shooting at him, but for some fucking reason they don't even turn around for like 10 degree...but it's not only when spawning..always turn around...like every 2. second! It won't hurt and It might save you your live

, so use that "FEATURE" and heal when ever you can...even if everyone has full health near you!

Zet iz ze Ende!
Thank you for reading this guide...it ain't finished, yet...but I'm getting bored of it

. Maybe I'll update it from time to time..who knows. And don't forget that it's just my opinion of playing a medic correct.
If you have any ideas of making this guide better just write it here...and yeah...If someone has some spare time is very good in english, he could try write this in a correct english(I'd appreciate that very much).
