We're looking into a way of blocking this server sided. My best bet is that VALVe will release a required update this week to block this client side aswell (and revert it)

It appears I've f**ked this up. After the unlock code was broadcast on the SPA Server I was curious and set up my own server to see what I would be aiming for (wanted to look at the unlockable medic stuff), didn't think the effect would be permanent as I though I was offline, bit like the old impulse 101 code. After satisfying my curiousity I logged back in and FFS the achievements are still unlocked.

NO DOT USE THE CODE FOR CURIOUSITY SAKE!!!

I've no intention of using the medics advance stuff but this has really messed this game up for me - hope they can reverse it.

i did it too and tried to reset, lost it all :?

I'm disappointed that people are using it, but can seriously understand the curiosity temptation.

I just can't understand how the developers didn't spot this before release. This is a schoolboy error and I have to wonder just what kind of f****d up pre-release testing process they have.

A tip to all you guys outthere doin' whatever you can to get those achievements.

VALVe might reset them all so..

I'm not doin' anything as a medic atm untill they've fixed this shit!

Sometimes you just wish it was EA..........wait..

I haz 2 weapons :D Hope VALVe don't reset them as Weirdo says :roll: The critcharge is not so cool, though. I kinda prefer the invulnerable one. But the blut-sth weapon is awesome :D It just saves mah arse :D

PS: There are two priceless things in TF2: to backstab a spy and to kill a fucktard who unlocked via the console all his weapons with your normal saw 8)
