Its okay, due to the moving nature of the cart. But I still think it heavily favors certain classes over others. Offense, load up on soldiers/heavy/medic. Defense load up on demoman/heavy/medic/pyro

Its ok...just have like 6 medics on my team usually with nobody to uber so they uber themselves...but I suppose the medic population is rising on every map I play since the new achievements...moan...moan

Like the map, would have liked it more without 12 Medics on the server all the time

Have played it one time, but left 1 minute after I connected, because I was "Ubersawed" 3 times in a row and I lost the fun.

I just played it for the first time (I wasn't able to play for a whole week) and I think it was alright, it's a new kind of map which is fun.. but I dunno.. I have to play it more to get a better opinion x]

Depends which map level. I've found it fairly easy to attack with demo in some areas. If you sticky jump beyond the initial blitz defense you can then destroy the sentries, snipers and some of the team before you get nailed

I didnt like it at first... cos it was spamm central... BUT


now, i think a lot of people have gotten used to it, they're finding their little techniques etc and it's becoming more interesting...

a lot of the times ive played we've left the bomb for long periods to fight, which is cool in such a good map. then we move kart forward when its more clear... this way it feels like less spamming, more skill and tactics...


if you play with enough experienced people you will enjoy this map... and DoC with your crit medic gun thing, we pwn!

so now, i like it!

Have you been crit ubered while you are red (soldier and in front of spawn point just before map starts? It's AWESOME You get like 10 kills in less than a minute, medics lose their ubercharges and it's just pure pwnage
But yeah, I'm in for helping you to like it, too

I've played it now for approx 5 times. I like it. It's not a map / mode i always wanne play, but it needs more tactics by the teams and i like that!

hahahahaa needless <3 it is true when you have a good medic + someone good combo, to get the kart moving is VERY hard BUT


if you have counter tactics..... now ive played it a few too many times, i can get out straight away, and kill at least 5 people, clearing the spawn.



all the noobs wait in the middle to be critted in a huge bunch, good for me and DoC ..... but you soon work out what to do.


i promise needless, i promise... if im wrong, im coming to finland (dont worry i'll stay with my gf ) and i'll visit you and take you out, we'll hit the town all paid for by MEEEEE.
but i promise, one day, when we're both on at a reasonable hour we'll play goldrush for a bit, i'll be your medic and i'll buy a new mic and we'll kill the map and all the ppl inside! (and you'll enjoy it)


as soon as you play with a load of NON spammmmmmmmers and people with cheeky tactics it becomes challenging in a good way. i suggest (and i know it sounds like HELL) playing on a 24/7 goldrush server first - only like 2 rotations... then you mostly play against hardcore goldrush fans (not me btw... i only like it)

i like to go ahead and kill before they get to the kart.... this way you get one on ones in a nicely layered (as in different hights) map... as a soldier (you and i) its great the places you can escape or jump and get advantage..

lets hook up today, i gotta clean right now.. the house is a tip thanks to my bloody mates with their take aways and beer
