Basically, it's a game where you create your own disease, get it to spread around the world and overall, cause havoc. It is a little bit more complicated though, countries can close airports, ports etc. They can hand out gas masks and so on, and maybe invent a cure.

I suggest you try relaxed mode, also look at the tutorials first.

You will fucking hate Madagascar if they close their only port before the disease spreads to them, but overall I killed billions of people with "Lumpy Penis Syndrome".

Same here m8, the cracker virus got every country and wiped em out, but i have never been on madagascar, even in any other game :S

probably the only way to infect them is to start there ... but what if they close the port before u get to some other region?

They don't, and I know because I started there 2 times in a row.

Madagascar is a bitch but you can infect it, you just gotta be quick and have low visibility.
