From what I can see, a lot are just from europe... so for those it should be doable by car if you actually keep such an event in europe...(though UK might have an issue crossing the channel with the car.... maybe go with an amfibious... car...)

my vote is for NL as they have super skunk however saint is a lightweight when it comes to alcohol and hall before you say owt i aint it was the fact i had no sleep for over 24h and not much to eat before we went out and that i drank what over 9 pints in less then 3 hours and as saint bucky greasy agni jury and mute will tell u that im a hardcore machine :D

Come to Belgium then. The legal drinking age is 16, but as long as you pay for your beer most bartenders will keep the godnectar flowing, regardless of your age. (Well, you won't get any beer if you look younger then 12 or something but that won't be a problem for most SpAs)
