Now I got the headset, but I cannot get the mike to work. Sound is coming from the earphones, but mike simply does just nothing.

have you checked all the settings? checked you have up to date drivers? checked that the mic isn't muted?

Also, make sure you're looking at the recording part of the sound. In the default windows "play control" accessed by doubleclicking the speaker icon it's in
"Options" -> "Properties" and then select "Recording" from the choices. Make sure that "Microphone" is checked.

It was working today... dunno what exactly the problem was, but I blame futari on this!
