impossible.. the thing i found funny he wanted 1.000.000 kills as a spy.. how about spending the rest of your life playing spy and trying to get that achievement

Kill a total of 1000/1,000,000 enemies with your Revolver and Knife.
Notice the / ? With the Pyro and Medic Valve have done achievements that require a 1,000,000 of something. With the Heavy it's gone down to 1000 (which is good). Now that I've gotten feedback on this, I'll know which one to delete.
The pyro and medic achievements that required 1,000,000 of something required 1,000,000 units of e.g. healing or damage, not 1,000,000 kills.
I think doing 1 damage or healing 1 health is 'slightly' faster and easier than actually killing 1 person. (still haven't got the pyromancer achievement :s )
