Ah yes - read about it somewhere - what a coincidence - I reviewed most of these since in the beginning I was getting a lot of "budget title" reviews and the aforementioned games landed in the bargain bin quite quickly. ^^

All I can say is:

1. Avoid Area 51, it's probably not worth the download time. It was an overhyped disappointment and as you might imagine time hasn't been grateful to it after SO many better games were released between now and then. It's only a tiny bit better than the horrible, horrible and only slightly related sequel "Blacksite", which was such a buggy flop that people got fired or left the company (Midway) out of shame for putting such a turd on the market. Oh man - the memories start coming back - e.g. the laughable end-boss fight that reminded me a bit of The Mark but not because the boss had so much health. =)

2. Avoid Rise & Fall LIKE THE PEST- it's a bland, generic and horribly broken game. If Gamespot with their 70-90 rating scheme for major releases give something a 66 you know you're in for trouble. I think that's enough of a commentary - just check out the reviews on major gaming sites (not the ones written by rabid fanboys).

3. Full Spectrum Warrior is actually pretty nice if you're into realistic combat sims (I'm not) - didn't review it but played it. Might be worth checking out - even these days.

4. Now we're talking: While not as critically acclaimed as FSW, The Suffering is the single game out of the bunch that I would recommend without too much hesitation. It is a bit of a cult classic. Again, you must be into the genre itself, horror shooters, games akin to F.E.A.R. (although this is different). If you were even remotely interested in stuff like Clive Barker's Clive Barker's Jericho by Clive Barker (reference to Zero Punctuation ^^) which was epically crap then this is THE game for you, but done right for a change. =)

Disclaimer: All of the above are my opinions but, surprisingly, they're backed up by many other reviewers agreeing with me. Feel free to check out the games and enjoy them (I'm talking about Rise & Fall and Area 51) but if you don't like them don't complain that you haven't been warned. =)

Personaly I am not playing games that are sponsored. Mostly because of the crap ads in the game, especially if it is sponsored by the American army.
So I will let this one slip by, but great founds!
