I might just send you a broken record. It would be ideal for this situation!

Once more the account hasn't been propperly cleared and I am still blocked from giving L4D as a gift to my friend.

Like last time, its probbarly going to take 3 requests before the account is unlocked, so concidder this mail a 2-in-1 request. Saves me from sending another mail after you replied on this one.

Well... It doesn't compare to PayPal disabling my account for HALF A FUCKING YEAR because of a broken "routine verification" system but still...

Or was the problem caused by PayPal as well? Then welcome to the club! I can't believe how the world's largest online payment provider can use such a shitty system...
