Does anybody fancy going on a motorbiking holiday in Vietnam?

After watching that episode of Top Gear where they all did it, I'm pretty sold on the idea. And it seems like the most expensive part of the trip would be getting there. Apparently you can hire a bike for about 5-10 US Dollars a day.

Now obviously this won't be till late in the year, next year sometime but it really seems like an adventure and Vietnam truly does look like a beautiful country to visit.

So. Anybody? Vietnam? Anybody?

I've never used a motorbike.. and I'm pretty sure I'm going to get myself killed or robbed to death over there.. so yea.. it sounds like a good idea..

Well we're not going to be hiring Ducati's and pulling stoppie's at 130mph.

The bikes aren't that powerful.

I like it, but I'm not old enough to own a motorbike.

anyway, the top gear guys discovered this place on mainland europe that was brilliant for driving on (I think is was in Switzerland, I forget). naturally, one of the viewers got interested, went to said driving heaven, and proceeded to drive his supercar straight off of a 50 foot cliff. so yeah, you might want to take some sort of warning from that :p

but if you do go for it, best of luck to ya, and bring back pics :>

Bah, here in Portugal we have BBC Prime that shows episodes from the 6th or 7th Season, I dunno the episodes are so old :'(

But I would go there :D But I am young so nope :mrgreen:
